Philips operating system
Philips had a lab project developing a new operating system with spin-off technologies. The exploration lasted two years and lead to the implementation of a computer configured for networked communications and collaborative working. The design team created an open object-oriented media environment for document creation, a flexible finder enabling document interrogation and version tracking, and numerous other innovations.
