Nokia consumer products
This was a project to harmonise the user interfaces of Nokia Consumer Electronics' product range, and produce a roadmap for future product development.
Products included high to low-end televisions, monitor software, VCRs, satellite receivers, interactive TV services, and an interactive hotel TV system.
: project manager, client liaison, and interaction designer. I maintained the client relationship for 18 months and managed 16 separate projects including workshops and client training programs. I produced numerous user interfaces which ranged from heuristic reviews to quick sketches describing new television paradigms, 'playful' interfaces, and on-line TV guides that operated with new European transmission standards.
