Hewlett Packard email application
IDEO was asked to advise on the functionality and user requirements that Hewlett Packard might apply to their OpenMail email application. The project involved user observations in several countries, and in companies with heavy productivity and email requirements. The team recommended integrating email with other aspects of office work including quality document creation, scheduling, form filling, web tools, and PC files.
