Johnson & Johnson, Acuvue

Zentropy Partners was approached by Johnson & Johnson
to reappraise their interactive strategy and relaunch its ACUVUE® brands
online presence in a total of 46 markets, including the UK, Italy, France,
Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary and South Africa.
The objective was to maximise the appeal of the brand and products to the
target audience. The right interactive design was based on finding a balance
between innovation and usability. Easy to find product information, with product
selector interactive tools and animations, helps explain complex product features.
Good information architecture has been critical for it's online business success.
The ACUVUE® website is accessible and readable by everyone, regardless
of how they use the internet. The individual can adjust the browser text and
colour settings to suit their particular needs.
