As of January 2009 - I am consulting and contracting with web companies and corporations to create new web services or improve existing customer experiences. My new consultancy is Serial Pioneers Limited, established to continue what has been 20 years of ground-breaking work in customer experience design, and to provide this senior expertise to a range of partners and clients going forward. I was previously owner/partner at phunQube, a specialist customer experience consultancy, where I founded and led the customer experience practice for 4 years.
